Hip new place in North Scottsdale. We were expecting it to be just the latest hot new bar being boosted on social media, but this place actually is legitimately well managed. Food: great portions and well made, definitely not rushed. We had the short ribs and chopped salad w/ salmon. Drinks: the bar was fully packed and every table had cocktails or wine (mostly both). It’s THAT good. Even the cappuccino was on par with the best cafes in the valley Service: the place had been open for less than two weeks when we went, but everyone was on point and knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. The manager walked around each table to introduce himself and about the restaurant. Atmosphere: the hip new place to see and be seen. Not too loud considering the place was packed inside and out

This was our second visit since they opened. On a spur of the moment Tuesday night, we secured a 7:45 PM high top table. We arrived about 710 pm and sat at the bar. The entire restaurant was busy and the bar was full . Once again, the Belmont kitchen and cocktails did not disappoint. Is a beautiful restaurant with excellent staff and food. I hope they start to enforce the dress code. However, there were two younger women in sloppy sweatpants ball caps and sneakers that came in after us and sat at the other end of the bar. Apparently the bartender had said the other night she watched management turn away some people that were not properly dressed, so I guess it depends on the day of the week.? Their liquor and wine menu has expanded since they first opened, which is great and every dish we’ve tried here so far has been delicious. The staff is always friendly and the place is just beautiful. The music could have been a little bit louder, but maybe because we were at the bar closer to the front door. It was harder to hear it. The bar staff is extremely attentive. Several different members made sure that we were enjoying our visit. Gino is always moving around the floor greeting everyone. Everyone seems addressed to be welcomed! Love this place!

The best new restaurant to open in N Scottsdale since the Americano. The restaurant is visually stunning and the waitstaff are friendly and efficient. Literally everything on the menu looks fabulous. I started with the tuna appetizer that was fresh and perfectly sauced. The highlight, however, was the romanesco soup. It was creamy, velvety smooth and so savory with truffle and walnut garnish. I'm coming back just for this soup Great cocktail selection including delicious and inventive mocktails

Finally tried Belmont—and I’m beyond impressed! At first, I expected it to be fancier and more formal, but it turned out to have just the right touch of elegance without being over the top. You don’t need to be super dressed up, but the atmosphere still feels upscale and refined. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to Daniel, the manager—he was wonderful. We casually mentioned we were celebrating my friend’s birthday, and he went out of his way to make it special. Without us even realizing, he informed our server, and they made sure she felt celebrated. The service was so thoughtful and attentive, never overbearing—just genuinely kind and professional. Now the food… wow. It exceeded expectations. We had the Caesar salad, big eye tuna, artichoke flower, lamb chops, Argentinian steak, and truffle pasta. Every single dish was packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. It’s rare to enjoy every dish you order this much, but Belmont nailed it across the board. If I had one tiny note—it’s on us!—we should’ve asked for the lamb chops well done instead of medium. But even then, they were delicious. Highly recommend Belmont for a classy yet relaxed dinner with phenomenal food and standout service. Will definitely be back!

Delicious food - we had the Waygu steak special, Brussels sprouts, and crispy rock shrimp. Everything had an abundance of flavor. And would highly recommend the dark chocolate mousse for dessert! The service was also spectacular, very attentive. Gino in particular made sure we had a good experience the whole night, even moving us to a quieter table without us having to ask.

Wanted to try this new spot so made reservations last Thursday at 8pm initially but had to push it back to 8:30. We didn’t realize how far it was! It took a minute to find as well since my GPS was telling me it was in the plaza across from it. The place is located next to Mastro’s. They have complimentary valet, which may be the best option. We didn’t really have time to look since we were a few mins late. Place was nice. Good spot for a date night. Our waiter Mark, was wonderful! Friendly guy, knowledgeable and checked back in on us a few times. Our order: Pellegrino $10 Crimson Bloom $18 Dirty Martini $27 Vodka Soda Lime $20 Oysters & Caviar $95 Hamachi Crudo $24 Truffle Pasta $25 Maine Diver Scallops $48 My cocktail was good but I was hoping it would look prettier like the ones I’ve been seeing on IG. Oysters and caviar were good and fresh! Loved the hamachi crudo! That was probably my favorite. Truffle pasta was good. I’m a bit sensitive to truffle smell so I couldn’t eat too much of it. I for sure cannot stand truffle oil. Scallops were good but wish we had ordered the sea bass or braised short rib instead. Overall, it was a good experience!

From the moment I stepped in to the very last minute of the night, the experience was absolutely amazing. The fun and flavorful cocktails were a highlight, but the food truly stole the show—quickly served and beyond expectations. While I initially came to The Belmont for the food and come to support a new fun spot in town, what truly elevated the night was the hospitality. The staff were warm, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The crispy tuna was my personal favorite, followed by the crispy empanadas, Spanish octopus, and a unique truffle pasta. Each dish was so good it had us tempted to lick the plate clean! I’m definitely bringing all my girls here and will make it a must visit spot every time I’m in town. Thank you for such a memorable night

AMAZING! I'm afraid when the secret gets out, I won't be able to get back in! The food is out of this world. Steak was absolutely delicious, the scallops were so perfect, and the drinks... well let's just say we had too many, Ha! This place is so perfect for a date night or with the family. We (2 couples) had the best evening on Saturday (day 3 of the restaurant being open). Phillip and his wife were so kind and open to suggestions (owners) Richard Bar Manager was knocking the drinks out of the park, His craft is untouchable! Nisa our waitress was so great! Honestly everyone here was amazing! I only wish I got to meet the chef. Anyways if you have the time and can get in... this is the place to be. Quiet, 1930s New York Vibe, Good music, Great service, outstanding food and cocktails! 5 STARS!
